1. Download and Read the Main Freak Squad Training Program Guide
This will help you get through the first steps of preparing you for my program.
2. Download and Read the Freak Squad Training Starters Guide.
Once you have read the program guide, now please read though the Freak Squad Training Starters Guide. You'll find ALL the workout protocols outlined here and how to incorporate my AB ATTACK, SHOCK TACTIC WORKOUTS and my MOBILITY and RECOVERY FLOWS.
