PHASE 6 - Metcon Training
Welcome to Phase 6 - Metcon Training. In short, Metcon Training is metabolic training. In this phase our priority is to combine strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During this phase we are attempting to moderately to intensely exert ourselves for a prolonged amount of time or reps. Thus building our muscular strength, endurance and boosting our metabolism into gear to enable us to burn more body fat.
