PHASE 7 - Anabolic Conditioning
Welcome to phase 7 - Anabolic Conditioning. In this Phase we are continuing with our Muscular Endurance Training. We are taxing the muscles with Mega Sets, Tension Training and Primed Sets. The high sets and high volume of training. Targeting and taxing our cardiovascular conditioning and continuing with muscle building. Strength and power building are the secondary training principles in Phase 7.
